how connected you are to your rhythm,

 

how much stored energy is asking for your attention (stress levels),

 

how natural your lifestyle is,

your environment,

 

the relationship to your feminine dimensions

- to list a few.

 

 

 


Noticing the sensations 

and how energy moves

(or not)

in certain areas of the body

is an instant way

to tend to the 

connection.

Presence

is what's being asked of you.

It's important to reduce

resistance

to the pain,

which makes it worse.

What is needed

is acceptance.

So, don't abandon yourself.

Breathe into the

targeted zone

and be WITH

the sensations,

riding them out.

 

 

By not resisting,

somehow,

you're processing

generations

of

cellular imprinting

with presence alone.

You're tending to parts of you

which haven't been seen to for

some time.

The process may be 

intense

at first,

but nothing you can't handle.

 

Breathe through it.

Notice the details.

 

Use your psychic senses to receive imagery connected to the block.

 

Go where you need to go

in your imagination,

but stay present with the sensations,

bringing peace where you can.

Everything unprocessed

gets stored as a 

vibrating pattern.

For as long as the pattern goes

uninterrupted,

the energy meets similar

related energy

making larger congregations

of energy

and soon we have a block.

It could be physical,

like a cyst

or abstract, 

like a repeating thought pattern.

The key here is

understanding the process,

and not expecting the block

to change or disappear,

 but moving energy through it,

with attention and breath.

It's the absense of resistance which diffuses it.

Cramps are all about

resistance.

You don't do need to do anything effort wise.

You just unclench your teeth

and let your gums float.

You relax your ovaries

and breathe into them. 

You see how the tension

in your neck is connected to

the tension in your belly.

Can you breathe

a little more?

Can you let the air flow?

 

Consider for a moment,

how the heart

is the first organ.

for your attention.

Your hands will know

where to go.

Make gentle inquiry.

Trust the feelings,

the direction.

It will be clear

when to adjust,

where to go.

You will feel it

& you will feel

the connection.

The circuit alters.

 

As you tend

to your body

in this gentle

and curious way,

 

you are apologising

and repairing

and meeting yourself

and your

self-healing abilities,

simultaneously.

 Grounding to Release + Restore
 

Lay directly on the Earth.

Feel it meet you.

Feel your shoulders make contact.

Feel your hips open

as your body re-arranges.

Feel your pelvis supported.

Again, feel your body connected

to the Earth.

 

 

Breathe and melt a little more.

Let there be space.

Breathe into any tensions.

Feel how they're connected to somewhere else.

Watch the clouds.

Notice how your brain bends

as you focus on the shapes above.

Let your brain morph as

you take in the space above.

Feel the tension around your eyes relax,

notice how your body is responding.

It doesn't have to take long,

just stay with yourself

through the process.

 Bathing with Intention

Firstly, set any required boundaries so you're not disturbed

(as best you can).

 

These moments are for you and your ovaries.

 

Do what you need to do to set the scene.

 

Add in magnesium and/or Epsom salts + some calming essential oils

(Ylang Ylang / Lavender are great)

Play some calm music,

preferably non-lyrical

so you can be with your impressions and body sensations.

Dissolve into the water.

Submerge your shoulders

and notice any tension in your neck.

Move around as required.

Breathe out.

Spread out.

Imagine your body exhaling all over.

(Yes, it can)

Notice your pelvis adjusting shape as you breathe.

Feel the interconnectedness.

Feel where you're holding.

Imagine breathing out

through your adrenal glands.

Imagine breathing out

through the soles of your feet.

Let there be space

between your ribs.

Let your breath expand the space.

Let the water travel through you,

moving the energy,

soothing the energy,

calming and warming

any tensions.

Let time bend as you follow your breath.

Let your body reshape itself,

releasing energy into the salt water.

As soon as you get the impulse to leave the water, do so,

leaving what you needed to release in the bath,

emerging lighter.

 

[ Rehydrate soon after,

and do your best to wear

non-binding clothing for at least an hour post bath so your body can continue to change shape}

With the opposition of your feet meeting sole to sole, 

space is created in the pelvis.

 

The energy finds its opposite release.

Breathe into the hips 

and notice how the shoulders,

the jaw and ankles

are inextricably linked

to your pelvis and the space there.

Feel the connection crossover

at the nape of the neck.

Breathe.

Don't worry about any stuck channels.

Find the opposite & breathe there.

Give the blockages

the okay, just to be.

Feel everything expand outward,

cycling with each breath.

Stay as long as you like.

 

A little longer than

your mind might suggest

to really open the channels.

 Your body is always

communicating with you.

In time,

with this focused attention

(which is what your body is asking for)

 the pain will subside in intensity & frequency. 

When it does come,

you know it's a gift,

a chance for you

to find out more about you,

and what you need.
